Terms of Service

Last updated June 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Spico (“Spico”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Spico.

2. Description of the service

Spico is an AI marketing assistant. Its specialist agents research the web, your connected analytics, and competitor data to produce reports, recommendations, and draft content. Spico provides suggestions and drafts only — it does not publish to your website or accounts on your behalf.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Spico.

4. Credits, plans, and billing

  • Spico uses a credit system. Each turn consumes credits based on the work performed — a simple reply costs less than an action that pulls live data or runs an audit.
  • New accounts receive a one-time allotment of free credits. Paid plans provide a recurring monthly credit allotment and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Except where required by law, payments and used credits are non-refundable.
  • We may change our prices or plans, with notice for active subscribers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Spico to:

  • Break the law or infringe others' rights, including intellectual property.
  • Generate spam, deceptive, or misleading content, or impersonate others.
  • Abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to circumvent the credit system or security of the service.
  • Post content you do not have the right to use.

6. Your content and connected accounts

You retain ownership of the content you provide and the connected-account data you authorize. You grant us the limited right to process it solely to operate the service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any data or content you bring into Spico.

7. AI-generated output

Spico's agents use AI and live data, which can be incomplete or inaccurate. Output is provided for your review and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to publish or act on anything Spico produces. We make no guarantee of any particular marketing, traffic, or ranking result.

8. Third-party services

Spico integrates with third-party services such as Google, OpenAI, and various data providers. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their respective terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Spico is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spico will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using Spico and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of Spico after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
