Affiliate program terms

1. The offer

Approved affiliates earn 20% of every payment a referred customer makes to Spico, for 12months from that customer's first payment.

2. How referrals are credited

A referral is credited when someone clicks your affiliate link and then pays for a Spico plan within 30days of that click. If they click more than one affiliate's link, the most recent click is credited. Payments made outside that window, or without your link, are not credited.

3. Payouts

• Commissions are tracked and paid through Whop, under Whop's own terms.
• Whop holds each commission for a period before it becomes available to withdraw.
• Withdrawal fees and minimums are set by Whop and paid by you.
• If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is cancelled or reversed.

4. What isn't allowed

• Buying your own plan, or a friend's, through your link to earn commission.
• Paid ads on the word “Spico” or our domain, or pretending to be Spico.
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or misleading claims about what Spico does or costs.
• Promising results we haven't promised. Describe the product honestly.

You should say plainly that you earn a commission when you share your link, as the rules where you live and on the platform you post on require.

5. Changes and removal

We can change the commission, duration or these terms for future referrals, and we'll update this page when we do. Referrals already credited keep the terms they were made under. We can remove an affiliate who breaks these terms, and commission from prohibited activity isn't paid.
